Metro Storage FuturePay Policy

For customers wanting to set up automatic recurring payments the following terms apply:

  1. Metro Storage recurring payments are made through WorldPay and through a service called FuturePay. This is an internet-based equivalent of traditional standing order and direct debit facilities.
  2. Please note, any contract is between you and Metro Storage rather than with WorldPay.
  3. Recurring payments will be made on a 4 weekly, 26 weekly or 52 weekly basis depending on the storage agreement that has been signed.
  4. Payments will be taken on the anniversary date of the first payment.
  5. We require a minimum of 14 days written notice to vacate ( email notification can be made to apb@metro-storage.co.uk ).
  6. Any unused storage-fee/deposit owing will be refunded subject to the unit being fully vacated, with no rubbish left on site, as long as the account is fully paid up-to-date.
  7. Cancellation of the agreement can be made via email to apb@metro-storage.co.uk
